I am interested in using your transport service. How does the whole process work?
The process is the same whether you have one box or one hundred boxes! Ibiza Transport offers a door to door service, so we collect from the location of your choice and deliver to a location of your choice. To get started, please follow the link below and complete the Ibiza Transport quotation form with as much information as possible. A member of our team will then be in touch to discuss the details and arrange the transportation of your belongings. Make A Booking
How much will it cost?
The cost depends on a number of things including weight and dimensions of the item(s) you plan to move, and if there is physical packing to be carried out. We can arrange for small to medium items to be weighed and measured on collection if you do not have the facility to do this beforehand. We can also arrange an estimator to visit your property to provide a quote for larger moves including heavy furniture and valuable items.
Do you provide a packing service?
Yes, our trained team can pack all of your items, or specified items, on request. Please include this detail on your booking form. Please note there will be an additional fee for this service.
Can I pack my own items?
If you require Packing Materials you can purchase a selection of items from Ibiza Transport. Please note, if you pack your own items, they will not be covered by the Ibiza Transport insurance policy and any boxes that feel loosely packed or unbalanced may not be accepted. Ibiza Transport will not accept any items packed in plastic bags or bin liners. Check our Packing Tips page for more information.
How many times per week do you travel from the UK to Ibiza?
Normally we run at least one van per week between the UK and Ibiza but, depending on workload, this can be up to five vans per week.
Do you collect and deliver from locations other than the UK and Europe?
Yes! We can arrange collection and delivery to anywhere in the UK and Europe.
How far in advance do I need everything ready?
Ideally, we like to have everything collected no later than 3 working days before transport date, especially for large loads. We know sometimes this is not possible and pride ourselves on our flexibility to suit our customers. If we are transporting a pet, the animal will be collected on the day of transportation to minimise transit time.
Are you able to provide scheduled transportation dates?
We will do our best to accommodate any specific collection or delivery date requests but cannot guarantee them due to external factors that are out of our control.
Can I travel with my pet/items?
Unfortunately not as Ibiza Transport is not insured to carry person(s) other than the driver and Ibiza Transport staff.
How will I know what time you will collect or deliver?
A member of staff will contact you on the day of collection and delivery to give you an estimated time of arrival. It is extremely important you provide us with the correct contact details. We will do our best to accommodate specific time requests but cannot guarantee them due to external factors that are out of our control.
The collection or delivery address has difficult access, what should I do?
Please ensure we are notified in advance of any difficult access or parking restrictions at the collection or delivery location. You can include this detail when completing the Ibiza Transport quotation form. Please also ensure prior arrangements are made for any parking spaces or permits required at the collection or delivery location. Any parking fees or fines are the responsibility of the customer.
Are my items protected whilst in transit?
Yes, our company insurance covers your goods whilst in transit. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more information.
What happens if something is damaged during the move?
Sometimes accidents happen and we will always try and rectify the situation onsite. If this is not possible, we will advise you of the procedure to make an insurance claim.
What happens if my move is postponed or cancelled?
Sometimes things change! We ask that you inform us as soon as possible of any change in your plans so we can adapt ours!
Do you offer storage?
Yes, we offer short term storage to Ibiza Transport customers as we understand this can be sometimes necessary with logistics and allows for any external time restraints. What are your business hours?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Collections or deliveries on weekends, bank holidays, or fiesta days must be agreed in advance by special arrangement.
How do I make a payment?
Payment is required once collection is completed or as soon as Ibiza Transport are given custody of the items. Payment for pet transportation must be made in advance. Please pay via bank transfer. All fees are payable by the sender. Account details are as follows:
